a gap in the tree-line

The work consists of a hiking backpack filled with soil, in which is placed a mountain birch. The birch is picked up during a hike up the mountain side. The birch was the last one in the tree line, leaving a hole in between the other birches. Now it grows and thrives down in the gallery room in Tromsö.
